Rob Yorke founded Yorke Construction in 1985. Dave Curtis joined in 1988 to form Yorke & Curtis. Based in Beaverton, we build for owners, developers, and architects across Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Specializes in retail and multifamily remodeling, including occupied renovations and coordination with residents, trades, and city officials.
Ryan Cage
Superintendent
Oversees field coordination across ground-up commercial construction, tenant improvements, and large-scale renovations.
Stacy Self
Superintendent
Brings sequencing, logistics, and quality-control experience to complex work including seismic upgrades, infrastructure, hospitality, and commercial projects.

Supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, helping internal teams and project partners keep financial operations organized.
